Adjust the tray parameters

Dimensions

Dimensions incl. material thickness (overall size)

Overall width of the tray (length of the long walls)

Overall depth of the tray (length of the end walls)

Outer height of the long walls (incl. bottom)

Additional height of the end walls above the long wall at the center

Shallow circular arc from the corners to the peak

Material

Thickness of the material used (e.g. plywood)

Finger joints

Target width of each finger and notch

Minimum number of fingers per joint edge

Handle cutouts

Width of the handle cutout

Height of the handle cutout

Distance from the peak of the end wall to the top of the cutout (at least one material thickness of web)

Layout

Gap between parts in the layout

Adjust the parameters to generate a tray

End Wall Profile

Choose between a shallow circular arc, slopes with a flat center section or a uniformly taller end wall. The rise above the long walls is fully adjustable.

Handle Cutouts

Centered handle cutouts in both end walls as a slot, ellipse or rectangle with corner radius. Width, height and distance from the top are freely selectable – the web to the edge always stays at least one material thickness.

Finger Joints All Around

Bottom, long walls and end walls interlock with finger joints. Finger width and minimum count adapt to your material thickness.
