Precise Finger Joints
Automatic calculation of the optimal finger layout with kerf compensation for perfectly fitting joints. Corners are fully closed all the way around.
Dividers & Compartments
Add dividers in the X and Y direction — spaced evenly automatically or positioned manually. Cross-lap joints wherever dividers intersect.

Export as SVG, DXF, PDF or STL, ready for your CAM software. All panels and dividers come pre-arranged in an optimized flat pattern.
Usage Tips
- Material thickness: 3-6mm plywood is ideal for small boxes, 10-15mm for larger builds
- Finger width: Rule of thumb: 2-3× material thickness for optimal stability
- Dividers: In auto mode, dividers are spaced evenly. In manual mode, they can be positioned freely. Intersecting dividers automatically receive half-depth cross-lap slots.
- Kerf: Typical values: laser 0.1-0.2mm, CNC end mills 1-3mm (depending on bit diameter)
