Bottle carrier six-pack for 0.5 l bottles

The bottle carrier needs to be milled from a 15 mm panel.
I rounded off the pieces with a 4 mm round-over bit, which makes it easy to slot the middle element on without having to mill out the corners. Of course it's also more comfortable to carry this way.

The central connection on the bottom panel needs to be milled out to a depth of 10 mm. The 8 mm dowel hole in it should go all the way through. After gluing everything together, the hole is drilled out deeper and an M8 dowel is

glued in. I glued the whole thing with Ponal Pur glue, which easily holds the weight. If you don't trust your glue joint, you can of course use a screw instead of the dowel.

I milled the "slots" on the bottom panel 1mm deep. This isn't really necessary, but it looks better.
